Connect is a pre-show activation program from Main Performance artists to connect with the public on various aspects and elements of the show in depth. This program presents various forms of activities, such as forums, masterclasses, workshops, or other agendas. Teater Garasi represented by Ignasius “Clink” Sugiharto will present a short workshop on technical performance production, Bulqini x Main Teater opens Jack the robot as a performative installation that interacts with the public as well as a workshop session on program language and projection media, Sardono W Kusumo presents a Mentawai tattoo booth fronted by contemporary tattoo artists of the younger generation.

ARTJOG invited ten young participants from various fields of technical production in the performing arts to participate in a workshop from June 20 to July 4, 2023. After sharing materials and experiences, participants were invited to observe the "Waktu Batu. A House on Fire" production and performance process by Garasi Performance Institute. It is hoped that after this short meeting, there will be an exchange of knowledge in executing an artistic idea, expanding networks, and building an understanding of the function and position of technical work of performances in the Indonesian art ecosystem.

For a performance, digital technology has the function of being an expansive, explorative, and dramatic medium in realising an idea. Technology is also a form of immersive, transformative, and challenging presentation. Using JTDS 4.0's 'Metamorf' as a study case, on August 2, 2023, the three facilitators invited workshop participants to experience and learn about an offer of knowledge construction regarding technology-based performance production.
Bulqini presents Robot Jack as an interactive installation that can be accessed by the visitors. Inside the installation, there is a keyboard as a communication tool between visitors and Robot Jack. The results of the conversation that took place on Thursday, August 3, 2023 also became part of the performance.
