Following the conclusion of the 'Motif' trilogy, ARTJOG is now set to begin its next curatorial trilogy, 'Ars Longa,' which translates to 'Art is Long.' The 'Ars Longa Trilogia' will unfold over three years, with each year focusing on a distinct theme: Generatio in 2026, Legatum in 2027, and Mundus in 2028.

Chapter Jogja Art Fair grew out of the spirit of ARTJOG (2008-2015) to revitalise its vision as a platform that bridges artistic practice and industry in the fine art ecosystem. This new platform offers a curated gallery presentation format that aims to foster networks among galleries, art collectives, and institutes, while providing a dynamic meeting space for artists, academics, curators, collectors, and community activists.
In partnership with the UGM Innovation and Creativity Hub (GIK), Chapter Jogja will be held on June 20-29, 2026, presenting galleries and art communities from across Indonesia. This encouragement is not limited only to services and facilities, but also through space and opportunities for differently abled artists to develop artistic practices and discourses more deeply.
ARTCARE Indonesia is a social movement initiated by Soboman 219 from Yogyakarta and a forum for caring for others. Since 2020, ARTCARE Indonesia, organized in collaboration with ARTJOG, has presented work packages containing small two-dimensional works donated by artists for sale. The funds are then donated to those in need, both artists and the larger society. ARTCARE Indonesia has engaged with more than 300 artists in donating their work. The grants have been given to 50 art and cultural communities in Yogyakarta and other cities such as Tulungagung, Malang, Bandung, Gianyar, Denpasar, and Lombok.
