Ticket sales will be closed once the quota is filled before the first period ends.
The purchase limit per email address is a maximum of 2 (two) tickets.
Tickets purchased in a single transaction cannot be exchanged or used separately.
The purchaser will receive a confirmation email containing an e-ticket (QR Code) at the email address used for the transaction.
To redeem your ticket, show your confirmation email and a valid ID, and/or proof of payment.
ARTJOG reserves the right to refuse ticket redemption if the purchaser does not meet the stated requirements.
Presale ticket redemption and usage will be available from June 20 to August 30, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM (GMT+7). The event will also be open on national holidays.
Ticket redemption and usage must be conducted on the same day.
