After being delayed due to the Covid-19 pandemic, ARTJOG MMXXI: Arts in Common - Time (to) Wonder as the second series will finally be held. The implementation of the Restrictions towards Community Activities (PPKM Darurat) requires ARTJOG to run in an online format first.
When conditions allow, ARTJOG program will be carried out in a combined format between offline and online presentation, by limiting the number of visitors and carried out with health protocols and in accordance with government directions.
Started from an initiative to emphasize the spirit of openness, Jogja Art Weeks has succeeded in involving art communities, artists and the public at large. Jogja Art Weeks, so far, has been an integral part of ARTJOG with its same characteristic, as an interaction space for various ideas, art practices, and art habitats spread in Yogyakarta, Magelang and Surakarta. Through Jogja Art Weeks, the unique character of the city of Yogyakarta and the spirit of raising each other that is believed by ARTJOG can fulfil its goal.
