I'm called Adin. I was born in Surabaya and am currently 9 years old. Drawing has been my hobby since I was 3 years old. Right now, I am learning how to paint with acrylic. Turns out, it needs a lot of patience. Despite that, this technique makes me feel happy and free to express whatever I enjoy.

In the piece Flying 2 Sides, I tell the story of a bird that witnesses two different views during morning and night. In the morning, the bird sees many different activities being done by various creatures. Meanwhile, at night, the world transforms into a quieter one since many of these creatures are resting. Accompanied by nocturnal creatures, the bird enjoys the nighttime atmosphere as a time to relax. Like the bird, we as humans also need to balance the two sides of life between our daily activities and our free time. This balance is what will keep us all intact and bring us happiness.

Meanwhile, my second artwork titled Halloween Parade shows a halloween parade that is filled by a group of creatures that Frankenstein knows. He has invited his friends, like One Eyed Monster, Jack-O-Lantern, Mummy, and others to dance, sing, and read poetry. They all have the goal of erasing the stigma towards them that has been incorrect this whole time. They want to show that even they can create art like people, and call on us all to not make assumptions before knowing somebody.
